In all our programs and operations and in line with the relevant national and international legal and policy frameworks, we seek to mainstream climate change, HIV and AIDS, Gender & Social Inclusion (GESI) and localization. This is aimed at promoting environmental sustainability; access to quality services to staff and other stakeholders in relation to HIV, AIDS and Mental Health; gender responsive and inclusive programming; and greater impact through partnerships with local actors. We also ensure high standards of safeguarding for all children, youth, staff and assets in line with local and international safeguarding standards and policy frameworks.
